Warranty

Beatbot provides a limited warranty that ensures their robotic pool cleaners are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

All warranty service and claims go directly through the manufacturer, Beatbot. Coverage varies by model:

AquaSense, AquaSense Pro, A100, and iSkim Ultra

Main body components (drive box, battery, PCB, motor, sensors, plastic parts, power supply): 24 months
Consumable parts (filter basket, roller brush): 3 months
Clarifying agent kit: not covered

AquaSense 2 series and A100 Pro

Main body components: 36 months
