Warranty
All warranty issues must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
All products from Aladdin Equipment Company are warrantied for 120 days from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise noted below. A valid proof of purchase from Aladdin Equipment Company is required for all warranty claims.
- Plastic baskets are warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Metal mesh baskets are warrantied for 90 days from the date of purchase.
- Stainless steel baskets are warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is void if the basket shows signs of abuse, improper cleaning, or is used outside of swimming pool applications.
- Aladdin filter cartridges are warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Aladdin’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts only. This warranty does not cover transportation, field labor, or any incidental or consequential damages. Defective parts must be shipped with the RGA number and part number, with freight prepaid, directly to Aladdin Equipment Company.
This warranty provides specific legal rights which may vary by state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply in every case.
