Note on old AutoPilot cell rebate:
AutoPilot had a rebate in the past and if your cell has a sticker on it with this rebate you can redeem by sending your old cell back to AutoPilot with a copy of your receipt for the new cell from Pool Supply Unlimited. Once AutoPilot receives the old cell (with the rebate sticker on it) and your receipt they will send a check for the rebate.

AutoPilot requires purchase of products from an authorized dealer for warranty to be valid.

Pool Supply Unlimited is an authorized dealer.

AutoPilot provides comprehensive warranty coverage directly through the manufacturer, AquaCal AutoPilot, Inc., for its salt chlorine generators and related components. This policy ensures that customers receive support and service directly from the source, maintaining consistent quality and accountability.

Warranty Coverage

AutoPilot offers varying warranty terms based on the product type and application (residential or commercial).For residential products, the warranty typically includes:

Parts: 2 years or 8,000 hours of operation, whichever comes first.
Labor: 2 years or 8,000 hours of operation, whichever comes first.

Commercial products generally have a 1-year parts and labor warranty.Peripheral components, such as auxiliary relays, acid tanks, and acid pumps, are covered by a 1-year parts and labor warranty.

Warranty Conditions

To maintain warranty coverage, the equipment must be installed and operated according to AutoPilot's specifications. Improper installation or maintenance can void the warranty. Additionally, using unauthorized parts or services can also void the warranty.

If an authorized service center is not available in your area, the part(s) may need to be shipped back to the factory for repair or replacement at the manufacturer's discretion.

Warranty Registration

To activate the warranty, it is essential to register your product with AutoPilot. Registration can be completed online through the manufacturer's website. This step ensures that your warranty is properly documented and that you receive timely support if needed.
