Warranty
All warranty claims must go through the manufacturer themselves.
Controller Warranty:
- Covered for 5 years from the date of purchase or based on the serial number.
Mineral Cell Warranty:
- Not covered under the standard warranty, as it is a consumable part.
Defective Mineral Cells:
- If a mineral cell shows a manufacturing defect, it may be replaced within 90 days of purchase.
Warranty Registration:
- Requires the controller’s serial number and proof of purchase, submitted through ClearBlue’s online registration form.
Genuine Parts Only:
- Use of non-genuine or counterfeit mineral cells will void the controller warranty.
Claims Process:
- Customers must submit a photo of the back of the controller (showing model and serial number) along with proof of purchase directly to ClearBlue.
