Warranty
All warranty claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer. Coolaroo products are manufactured by Gale Pacific Limited (ACN 082 263 778), and the warranty is valid only for products made by Gale Pacific. Components of Coolaroo products not manufactured by Gale Pacific are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty for those components. Gale Pacific shall not be liable beyond the express conditions detailed in the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
Coolaroo warrants its products purchased after June 1, 2015, to be free from manufacturing defects for the period specified in the Specific Product Warranty. Remedies may include repair or replacement of the defective portion, at Gale Pacific’s discretion. Any replacement or repaired part is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Examples of coverage include:

Shade fabric products: Up to 15 years of protection against cracking, splitting, or tearing from UV exposure when properly installed and maintained.
- Roller shades: Hardware and components are covered for one year, while fabric coverage ranges from one to five years depending on the model.
Exclusions and Conditions:
- The warranty applies only to products manufactured by Gale Pacific.
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, alteration, improper installation, exposure to chemicals, normal wear and tear, or severe weather is not covered.
- Cosmetic issues such as color fading or surface corrosion are excluded.
- The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is nontransferable.
- Proof of purchase must be provided, and some products may require online registration.
